1. Zero Investment Model
Since property owners make no upfront investment in the Zero Investment Model:
- • No refunds are applicable as no payment is made
- • Revenue sharing continues as per agreement
- • 30-day notice required for termination
- • All earned revenue will be paid as scheduled
2. Full Control Model Subscription (₹1,999/year)
For annual Full Control subscriptions:
- • Within 7 days: 100% refund if service not activated
- • 8-30 days: 50% refund minus setup costs
- • After 30 days: No refund, service continues until subscription end
- • Refunds processed within 7-10 business days
3. EV Charging Sessions
For EV drivers using our charging stations:
- • Refunds available for failed charging sessions
- • Must report within 24 hours with transaction details
- • Partial refunds for interrupted sessions
- • UPI refunds processed within 3-5 business days
4. Installation Fees
If you've paid for installation under special arrangements:
- • Refundable if cancelled before site visit
- • 50% refund if cancelled after site visit but before installation
- • No refund after installation begins
- • Custom installations assessed case-by-case
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- 1. Email support@lakebrains.in with your request
- 2. Include transaction ID and reason for refund
- 3. Provide supporting documentation if applicable
- 4. Allow 48 hours for initial response
6. Non-Refundable Items
- • Completed charging sessions without technical issues
- • Full Control subscription after 30 days of use
- • Custom development or integration work
- • Physical damage to equipment
7. Dispute Resolution
If you're unsatisfied with our refund decision:
- • Contact our escalation team
- • Provide additional documentation
- • Allow 7 days for review
- • Final decisions communicated in writing
